MB eating up CPU

I started noticing this after the latest update (currently running v1.75.0.1300). Instead of high CPU, I'm seeing it to 25% with a significant hit on the system. I can get it to stop by unchecking "Enable malicious website blocking". I've followed the link and attached the three log files. attach.txt CheckResults.txt dds.txt
