I was told to reboot in safe mode with network and download/run a fix file, and that made things even worse! I cannot even boot on safe mode now. I took it to our repair guy and he tried reinstalling OS and it's not working; we may lose everything now, not to mention $$$$$$!!!

I'm at work now, finally able to download the fix file that Malwarebyte tech supported sent me the link for; I just ran it on my laptop via safe mode and now it's COMPLETELY ruined... I can't even log back in on a safe mode now. I tried running the system repair/restore options but those aren't working either. Sigh.

I am in touch with tech support and they keep telling me to download a fix file but malwarebyte screwed up my browsers so I cannot access anything online....
