  1. MBAM has just detected 2 instances of file "cleanosp.exe" at path "C:\Windows\files\x64" and "C:\Windows\files\x86" Flagged as Trojan.Agent.E Virustotal report shows the file as 100% clean (including MBAM) and whitelisted. https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/5ce462e5f34065fc878362ba58617fab28c22d631b9d836dddcf43fb1ad4de6e/detection I believe file is to do with Office 2016 cleanup? I am not deleting for now
  2. This has been an unmitigated disaster, mbam quarantined nearly 13,000 files on a 2008 R2 server housed in a datacentre. No system restore on server platforms and no access to safe mode or the physical hardware in the datacentre has meant 2 days of frustration and angry customers. This is the worst false positive I have ever see, I cannot trust malwarebytes anymore and am uninstalling your product from all my machines and advising all my clients to move to different software. TERRIBLE. How the hell could this have happened to so many files, it's just ridiculous Goodbye MBAM
