FBI moneypak virus on xp

Vanallenb posted a topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum

I got the FBI moneypak virus on my windows Xp dell laptop. Safe mode also goes right to the virus locking up my laptop. I can't get a windows prompt either. Have tried booting rescue CDs but they don't work. Please help
