File called "program" listed as a file under my startup applications in Windows 8

ManuOa posted a topic in General Windows PC Help

When I open my task manager and look at my startup items, there is a file entitled "program". When you right click on it the properties is grayed out as well as open file location. Is there any way I can figure out what this "program" is?
