I downloaded a vpn (privoxy presumably) off google from cnet and ever since then I've had problems. When I'm on any web browser, it says unable to connect to the proxy server. So I have to go into google chrome proxy settings and untick use a proxy server but after 5 seconds it rechecks itself. Thank you for the help.
