Thank you for your reply. She is using 2.0.2.1012 and the clean tool is 2.0.2.0

My friend has the premium version of Malwarebytes and has a licence key. However, her MWB said it had a corrupt database. She downloaded the mbam clean tool and ran it, rebooted her computer and re-installed MWB. However, it did not remove her licence key like it said it would and everything was still there and all her original settings. Anyways, it worked for about a week and then it did the same thing again, corrupt database, so she has once again used the clean tool and then re-installed MWB. It won't remove her licence key and keeps all her settings and she thinks it will probably go corrupt again in about another week. Can you please tell us why this is not working and how to fix it? Her computer was put back to the factory image and then everything was installed from scratch, so she can't have a virus. Thanks
