  1. Took a screenshot of Chrome with Crash message plus screenshot of MBAE log entry, but i'm unable to paste them here. When i click on the Paste icon above this text entry area a message pops up saying please paste it in here, but ctrl+v doesn't work. Actually, the message says use ctrl/cmd + v. My keyboard has ctrl key but no cmd key that i can see. Any suggestions?
  2. Chrome keeps crashing when Anti-Exploit is enabled. Chrome worked OK before installing Anti-Exploit. After several crashes (error message "Chrome has stopped working. Look for a solution then close/Close the program") i uninstalled Chrome using Geek Uninstaller to remove leftover traces of Chrome. Next i downloaded/installed Chrome afreshh. Newly installed Chrome began crashing right away. When i clicked on "Stop Protection" in Anti-Exploit then Chrome works OK again. OS is Windows 8.1 Pro with all "Important" updates installed / Intel Core i5 cpu / 8GB RAM / Crucial M500 SSD / Gigabyte GTX-460 video card. No other problems with the system. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
  3. Uninstalled MalwareBytes and waited a month or more. Now have installed it afresh, version 2.0.0.1012. When i right-click on a file or folder and select Scan with MalwareBytes it launches the scanner and LOOKS like it's going to scan everything but it only scans the item i requested. There's an indicator that tells you the number of files scanned. So, all is now well. Thanks to everyone for your kind assistance.
  4. Thanks for your reply. Allow me to re-state the problem. Right-click context menu is already enabled, but when we right-click on a file and select Scan with Malwarebytes the Malwarebytes program opens (after several seconds' delay) to the Dashboard view and awaits further action from the user. If we click on Scan Now it begins a full drive scan. It does not scan only the file we right-clicked on; instead it scans the full drive. Is this a clearer explanation of the problem?
  5. On our old Malwarebytes we could right-click on a document or other file we had downloaded and select Scan with Malwarebytes, and it would scan that one item. But with the newer version we're using we can right-click and select scan but Malwarebytes scans the entire drive instead of just the one object. How can we fix this, please?
