Hope this works. My system wouldn't allow me to copy then paste from clipboard, so I just copied what was in the report and pasted it here. Disregard my post. I followed instructions in regards to another post, and found out why mine wasn't updating. When I attempted to scan my computer, a window popped up and there were 4 actions needed taken care of. Once I took care of those 4 actions, I was able to update the program. Guess I should have looked around more before posting. Thanks for the help with the other poster, in regards to my getting help on my problem. Bill
