  1. I am using Malwarebytes premium with Windows 7 on a Gateway desktop machine. I am not a computer person so please bear with me. In my Dashboard, It says "Your System is Not Fully Protected," and Real Time Protection indicates that Malicious Website and Malware Protection is Disabled (Malware Protection is Enabled) When I click "Fix Now," it says "Your System is Fully Protected" for about one-half second and then reverts to "Disabled." The same thing happens in the "Detection and Protection" window under "Advanced Settings." I have tried the Clean Reinstall, which did not work. Something is obviously turning off the protection. Is there a fix for this? It is really slowing up the computer. Thanks very much to any smarty who can solve this. Ben
