  1. I did solve it. I used Process Explorer to watch the dwm.exe work. I copied the info in the "Thread" tab, then i started a video on Youtube, when it started lagging i refreshed the Thread Tab and found over 13 instances of the "nvwgf2umx.dll" which is a DirectX10 dll. I searched for it on google and there was a thread about Dead Rising 3 crashes including this dll file. Then i remembered that when i installed Dead Rising 3 i also installed DirectX from the install which might have given me the dll file that's not working properly. The fix was to downgrade the NVIDIA drivers from 344.11 to 340.52 and it solved my problem.
  2. Weird, i pasted in the youtube link. How about this one? http://youtu . be / Gbyzjb3zJ9Y
  3. All Windows Updates have been installed. Here's a video of me showing what i'm talking about. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gbyzjb3zJ9Y I did timecodes in the description for you so you can watch what happens faster without watching the whole thing.
  4. I've already done that and it didn't work sadly.
  5. I have one internal and one external. I'm not using the internal one. Internal: Intel® HD Graphics 4600 External: Gainward GeForce GTX 770 2GB PhysX CUDA
  6. I closed Chrome, started World of Warcraft, had 97fps ingame. I started Chrome and went to twitch.tv on monitor 2 dwm.exe jumps up to 5%, i start World of Warcraft and then i have 15fps ingame. I always play games on monitor 1 and watching either Youtube or Twitch on monitor 2 and i have never had this problem before. It started 2-3 days ago. Can it be that dwm.exe is leaking something?
  7. It feels like whenever i use flash, dwm.exe is limiting my fps to 15 on the whole computer.
  8. I disabled HW acceleration in the Flash Player but it didn't do anything. I had a FPS counter on and this is the frames i have on my desktop: dwm.exe enabled, twitch.tv without fullscreen = 15fps dwm.exe enabled, twitch.tv with fullscreen = 30fps dwm.exe disabled, twitch.tv without fullscreen = 60fps I have no idea why dwm.exe is doing this.
  9. Would it help if i make a video to show you the problem?
  10. It happens on every site that uses flash player. Youtube, Twitch, flash games for example. I tried IE, Firefox and they are lagging aswell.
  11. I forgot to say what i've tried to do before i posted on this forum. I reinstalled my Nvidia drivers, Chrome, Adobe Flash.
  12. I don't know why dwm.exe wasn't in the logs. "The dwm.exe file is the Microsoft Windows Desktop Windows Manager and is a valid Windows file that should be running on your computer." It's still lagging my computer when i use flash though. I'm currently watching on Twitch and when i fullscreen the player the lag vanishes. Fixlog.txt

  14. This is starting to royally piss me off. When ever a website uses flash in some way Google Chrome lags in all tabs. dwm.exe starts to use 5% of my CPU. When i close the tab that's using flash it works fine again. The weird part though is that i use 2 monitors (1 HDMI and 1 VGA) and when i have the tab on the other monitor and have that tab active the lag disappears on that monitor, but when i press on the other monitor the other monitor starts to lag the tab again. When i kill dwm.exe or inactivate Aero there's no lag whatsoever. This started 2 days ago and i haven't installed anything weird. Here's DXDiag if it helps: http://pastebin.com/2bzFc9J7
