  4. MrC - All of a sudden it says my security settings won't allow a download of FRST. Do you know how to get around that?
  5. Mr C- Please help - this seems to have returned. Attached is the protection log from Malwarebytes. Any help would be very much appreciated!! Thanks Matt protection log.txt
  6. Sure - here are the results of the security scan. checkup.txt
  7. Everything looked pretty clean! Do you recommend that I run any of these programs on a periodic basis - or are these more for when the s#&t hits the fan? AdwCleanerR2.txt JRT.txt MalwareBytes2250.txt
  8. I haven't had any malicious website alerts since we began the scans and speed seems to be restored. I will check periodically to see if there have been anymore alerts or any accumulation of dll files in process. In your opinion, does all look ok for now?
  9. Can I get the information you need by re-running ComboFix?
  10. Unfortunately that is the only log that generated upon reboot.
  11. MrCharlie - thanks for the prompt reply with instructions. I have completed each step and have attached the logs to this post. ComboFix.txt Fixlog.txt TDSSKiller.3.0.0.41_04.11.2014_20.22.30_log.txt TDSSKiller.3.0.0.41_04.11.2014_20.25.43_log.txt
  12. Hi MrCharlie - Sorry for the delay - it took a while for the scans to complete. Please find the logs attached - it will not allow me to paste into the reply. Addition.txt FRST.txt MalwarebytesLog1915.txt MalwarebytesProtectionLog1915.txt RKreport_SCN_11042014_193735.log
  13. Good Morning- Last night while on the internet I was receiving repeated malicious website warnings with the following information: Domain:fff5ee.com Ip: 95.215.1.57 Port:57735 Type:outbound C:\windows\SysWOW64\dllhost.exe Sometimes the domain would be saymommy.com I also noticed that there were many dll processes that were slowing down my computers response time. From the other posts here I gathered that I had a virus. I ran a full scan using Malwarebytes and ran a scan using FRST. I removed any suspicious files using FRST then repeated the scan with Malwarebytes. The malicious site warnings seem to have stopped from what I can tell but I want to make sure that I have removed all of the infected files. Can anyone assist with that? I would be happy to provide any logs needed when I return home this evening. Thanks Matt
