Blockandsurf not removed after malwarebytes scan

offthedome posted a topic in Resolved Malware Removal Logs

I downloaded something which I thought was safe because I downloaded it through Windows. But now Blockandsurf is all over almost every website I visit. I did a scan and Malwarebytes seems to have found nothing. I can really use your help. I can't do anything right now.
