I figured it out, newegg messed up by sending me both ID and Key on the same line and no space to separate the two,

Still no luck , I guess I have to call them to get my ID. The key should be good because I copied exactly as newegg sent to me when I bought it.

Thank you for your helps, I will contact them tomorrow. I have the key but it seems like I may have forgotten my ID, because I entered my email but it didn't work.

Hi, I bought Malwarebytes with life-time in 2013, for my laptop that was using windows 7, but recently it I just upgraded it to windows 8.1 and for some reason MWB key does not work anymore. Please help.
