Still haven't had any re-occurrence of the windows version installer pop up yet. I'll give it another 24 hrs and if it doesn't come back we'll call this case closed! Would you suggest I ad Avast (free version) to complement windows defender/malwarebytes scans/cc cleaner?

Do you think that will have fixed it or did you notice anything out of the ordinary in the logs? It's hard to tell whether the pop up is gone yet as it only happens a few times a day. Haven't seen it yet though since this morning...

My wife downloaded some photoshop brushes off a shady site and reaked havoc on my computer. When I came in to the office the next day there were rougly 20 new program installations. I've looked at some other tutorials on here. So far I've... Uninstaslled the visible programs I've ran Malwarebytes multiple times (updated + rootkits/pup on) I've ran adwcleaner I've ran junkware removal tool. I've ran ESET (attached are the results. I uncheked delete files when I ran it) What visibly remains on my computer is a "windows version installer" that pops up every few hours.
