Hello ! I just had the same problem. To solve the this use the followind steps: open mozilla > open the menu tab > addons > Extensions/ Addons ( Here you will see a lot of addons installed ( not by you ),All you have to do is to elliminate them ( the addons that you don't recognise ) one by one. After you finish doing that restart Mozilla and voila ! no more notifications XD ! Have a nice day !
