  1. Support indicated the definitions had already been updated. The file has been released but the client is offline so it may be some time before it completes the restore task.
  2. Good morning. Support indeed confirmed minutes ago it's a false positive. Thank you.
  3. Support just confirmed it's a FP. I prefer to confirm / get input before releasing something from quarintine to re-scan it.
  4. Is anyone else seeing PUTTY-64BIT-0.77-INSTALLER.MSI being detected as Malware.AI this morning?
  5. This was on a full scan and those take a few hours to complete. Is it possible it started scanning on the old database but had updated itself before the scan finished and client manager was showing the newer version?
  6. The manager was showing the following for the client v2022.02.10.08 when the alert came through so I'm unsure...
  7. Showing our versions. Database was on 10.08 at the time. Now showing 10.09
  8. Managed Enterprise Client. Attached log file - but re-running scan in debug mode so I can export that log. archived-mbam-log-2022-02-10 (02-00-43).zip
  9. I just started a new post on this but we are on database version: 2022.02.10.08 and are still having this happen? What version do we need to get to?
  10. Still seeing these being quarantined a crossed our environment at the newest Database version v2022.02.10.08 - it's been making a mess today. What definition should this have been cleared up on?
  11. Thank you Dyllon. Assuming you will post back here once testing is complete?
  12. Also wondering the same. Can we install this windows patch without receiving the warned about bsod potential?
  13. That took care of it. Thank you. I new the webex were false per the posting - but just wanted to be safe and sure on the others. I appreciate the quick response.
  14. Had a handful of other .exe's get quarintined for the same reason Trojan.MalPack at the same time. Is there a way to know if they are related to the database version?
