  1. Is it normal for them to use up to 500k? I thought it wasn't normal...
  2. Well, I still seem to have alot of the SVCHOST instances running (see screen shot). I am thinking something else may be wrong, since it has started to reboot all by itself. I haven't done a fresh install on it in close to 4 years, so maybe it is time to do that. I just need to find my Vista disk. Any suggestions? Eric
  3. Done.. Here is the fixlog... Thanks.. Eric Fixlog.txt
  4. Here are my results: Thanks! Eric Addition.txt FRST.txt
  5. Still have a ton of SVCHOST processes, some over 600k. Internet is VERY slow, and opening programs can take a few mionutes...
  6. Okay, Downloaded and scanned with the Farbar tool. Here are the results... Addition.txt FRST.txt
  7. Hello, I'm having an issue where I have multiple instances of SVCHOST processes running and dragging down my computer. They are routinely using about 85% of my memory and the internet and other computer functions are REALLY bogged down. I am running Windows Vista. MalwareBytes and AVG don't find anything... Thanks in advance... Eric, K7ELH
