  1. I inadvertently closed out before it saved for both the LAN as well as the home network. I have changed and made sure both settings took hold. It looks great, I thank you so much for your time
  2. Not enough to make changes without advice, what would you have me do?
  3. The computer itself seemed to be hijacked, as I entered the DNS settings in the network settings of the laptop. I didn't have to adjust any router settings.
  4. Here are the most recent log files. Thanks so much for your help, I really appreciate it! FRST.txt Addition.txt
  5. Correction - after reboot, clearing cookies and cache of browsers, I haven't yet seen a Cloudscout ad. This is looking good, but how can I know for sure?
  6. DNS settings changed as directed... Now using OpenDNS. Cloudscout still persists
  7. I am from the United States, and I am indeed using a router. Internet Explorer and Google Chrome are both affected. I have not set the DNS servers as such, however the problem occurs in two different houses on two different networks, with all other systems remaining unaffected.
  8. Well unfortunately, for reasons I cannot quite figure out, MBAM crashes during its heuristic analysis portion of the scan. I ran it 5 separate times, enabling and disabling rootkit search as well as advanced heuristic analysis, in admin mode and without, and after running RKill. Still no luck. Either way, in the interest of time here is the RogueKiller scan, which worked without incident. RKreport_SCN_03272015_103148.log
  9. I am in serious need of some help. I have been trying to clean a family member's laptop for over ten hours, and the final remaining bug is Cloudscout. I have tried FRST, JRT, Malwarebytes, CCleaner, Avast, CCE, and probably about 4 other programs that I am forgetting. It simply will not go away. It's not present in the control panel, nor is it in any extensions or add-ons page for either of my web browsers. For convenience, I will run a FRST scan and attach the FRST.txt and Addition.txt logs Please help me somebody...anybody... Addition.txt FRST.txt
