Hy again, I been away a few days, computer turned off, when I got back, i fired up the computer and all went well, firefox working , antivirus working, battlenet working, everything is back to normal, i am puzzled to what happened, for now I will do nothing and if the problem reappears I will inform you guys thanks for your help, see ya

I dont see the edit button, I would modify my post if I could. and by the way, you are reacting like this for a phrase I wrote? than how should I react for paying for a product which should make my computer safer but in stead it makes it unuseable? and YES, I really apreciate for trying to help me, but so far nothing of what you told me made things better. try and be in my position and see what language would you be using.

I am trying to do what the instructions say in the link you provided, BUT I discovered i cannot access my antivirus , it given an error, I think something to do with the fact that he cannot connect to its server, so aparently since the instalaion of MBAM some programs cant access internet, so to tst this hypothesis I tried to enter battlnet, stracraft 2, well guess what, even though it does connect to internet it cannot access the update server for starcraft 2, so I have no way to diactivate the antivirus and so I AM BLOCKED, because I cannot do what the instructions require me, to stop all apps , antivirus included how come some apps can access the net, like chrome , and others cant? any opinions?

upgraded last night my malwarebytes antimalware, worked like a charm, scanned the laptop, worked like a charm, I get up this morning boot my laptop and BAM, firefox not working, I first thought its a small glitch so I restarted the laptop still, nothing, than I thought it might be an internet problem, but I checked it by opening chrome, which works just fine, but i hate chrome and I have all my important stuff in mozilla firefox can anyone please help me?
