To provide my customer's remote support, I use Simple-Help which is a remote support program I purchased from Simple-help.com. I have my customers download and install "Remote Support-windows64-online.exe" from my web site at http://timbeard.ddns.net/customer/Remote%20Support-windows64-online.exe?language=en&hostname=http%3A%2F%2Ftimbeard.ddns.net&ie=ie.exe
Unfortunately Malwarebytes has started showing this as a Trojan threat and will not allow it to download, much less run.
I understand that I should contact you when a false positive is found like this. I would appreciate it if you could fix this problem.
