  1. Thank you, I am the only person that uses or ever used this computer, and I never played games on the computer, these games must have been install on bad web sites I have been on, no idea how they got installed - I doubt it is any windows operating system games. I presume this has nothing to do with malwarebytes which I think you would not be able to remove any trace of them since it is not malware. Do you have any suggestions how or where I could get assistance to get this junk off the computer??? - since they all seem to be hidden and I am not a computer technical person I would have no idea of deleting any trace of them. Can you be sure they are not initiating an action to bring malware onto this computer? Again, you have been very helpful in removing the initial malware problem and I appreciated that. If you have any suggestions prior to close this topic - I would appreciate that. Oh and should I be deleting any of the files or .exe programs I mentioned in post #9 & 10 After this Topic is closed will I still be able to view it or is it deleted from the Malwarebyte Forum. Will you or someone be available for assistance should I have malware problems.
  2. When I look at the file Addition.txt I see as a few examples of what I have no idea what these are - Are these malware files? These are just some examples of what I don't have a clue about Perhaps these aren't malware but garbage files that were stuck on the computer somehow. Sorry if I am bothering you with this stuff. Again, these are just a few of examples, I didn't look through the whole file. Cake Mania (x32 Version: 2.2.0.95 - WildTangent) Hidden Chronicles of Albian (x32 Version: 2.2.0.95 - WildTangent) Hidden Chuzzle Deluxe (x32 Version: 2.2.0.95 - WildTangent) Hidden Cradle of Rome 2 (x32 Version: 2.2.0.95 - WildTangent) Hidden Farm Frenzy (x32 Version: 2.2.0.95 - WildTangent) Hidden FATE (x32 Version: 2.2.0.97 - WildTangent) Hidden Final Drive: Nitro (x32 Version: 2.2.0.95 - WildTangent) Hidden Governor of Poker 2 Premium Edition (x32 Version: 2.2.0.95 - WildTangent) Hidden
  3. Thanks for sugesting what to do. Here are the results I could be wrong but is there not still malware on the computer??? I am not a techie I sure am glad I am dealing with a malware expert. Thank you again for your help. BTW - I did run Malwarebyte threat scan about 2 hours ago with 0 malware results. Addition.txt FRST.txt
  4. I'm here, thank you for asking. Any comments on my post #11 about, malware comming back refer my post #11 &, curious, why was malwarebytes not able to find the hidden malware (refer your post #4)
  5. I'm not sure everything is fine. I mentioned in post #7 that I suspected that I would get new malware in around 3 days. On the scan this morning there was new Malware. I think there is something on my computer that triggers the computer to send a signal to the malware companies it is time to send more malware to my computer. Since I'm not a techie I really have no idea why new malware is sent to this computer but, I suspect possibly they have my IP and can send NEW malware every 3 days - that is why I thought in Post #7 is there something in the Task Scheduler to do this? Again, I really have no idea - I'm just guessing. I most certainly appreciate that Malwarebytes detects this malware but I also wonder if there is a lot more hidden malware which I recall was discovered in one of the programs you requested me to run in an earlier test. I guess I am also wondering why Malwarebytes was not able to detect malware when it was hidden. Again, I greatly appreciate your help, I would just like to get rid of this reocurrence of malware and I am wondering if there is more hidden malware on my computer. New Malware May 28 2015.txt
  6. If it's ok with you, would you mind waiting for 3-4 days prior to closing this topic? Also, Of all the files I created, should I delete them all? Addition.txt / FRST.txt / Fixlog.txt / MB Scan May 24 2015.txt / AdwCleaner[R0].txt / AdwCleaner[s0].txt Also, I believe I downloaded some software programs. Should they be uninstalled, if so, which ones, in Control Panel / Programs & Features / I only see one program there called NTREGOPT1.1j and the set up file is on the desktop ntregopt-setup.exe & NTREGOPT.EXE is on the desktop. Also, on the desktop there are other programs ATF-Cleaner.exe & TFC.exe & FRST64.exe & AdwCleaner.exe Some of the above were from the forum suggestion for a slow PC https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/81990-slow-pc-start-here/ which I ran prior to creating this topic. Should I be running any of these weekly or ??? Thanks again,
  7. well, everything seems to run ok, Thank You.I hope that new malware doesn't come back. I will certainly be extremely careful of the web sites I visit and any files I download. I am not a techie,However, I noticed in Task Scheduler - Start / Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Task Scheduler / A Task that runs every 3 days. While viewing various Malwarebytes forum subjects I came across Task Scheduler. (that's how I am aware of Task Scheduler)Within the tasks on Task Scheduler on my computer I notice that one is triggered every 3 days. Why am I concerned about that?1st, I have no idea what it is.2nd, it seemed I was getting NEW malware around every 3 days and sometimes of course daily, and since I was getting new malware (previously) I was wondering if this is the cause. I notice that there are 66 Active Tasks.I have no idea how any of these got into the Task Scheduler or if any are important.I would think some of these Tasks are legitimate - but really I have no idea. I am attaching a copy of a sample of a few tasks. file name is Task Scheduler 1.jpg I don't know how to display all the tasks.
  8. As requested, attaching Fixlog.txt attaching MB Scan May 24 2015 while running AdwCleaner I was unsure what to do at a point, so I took a copy at that point and attaching that file, then I clicked Clean attaching AdwCleaner Unsure What to do.jpg attaching AdwCleaner(R0).txt attaching AdwCleaner(S0).txt I hope I have done exactly as instructed. If I have not, I apologize. Thank you for your help. Are there any more steps to take? I presume will be looking at the attached files. Fixlog.txt MB Scan May 24 2015.txt AdwCleanerR0.txt AdwCleanerS0.txt
  9. Thank you for that response. I have gone to that link & completed the steps. Please find attached the 2 files. I am not a CPU techie, so if I have missed anything or done something wrong, sorry, just let me know & I will be pleased to do as requested. Addition.txt FRST.txt
  10. I have ran Malwarebytes numerous times, strangly every few days or sometimes every day there is malware found. This started after a bad download back April 24th. Now my problem is a slow internet connection after a fresh boot up or restart where it takes 1 min 15 sec once I get the desktop appearing. Previously this time period was immediate or max 10 sec. I can't be positive but this slow internet connection started once I upgraded to the Premium Malwarebytes so I am wondering if that is normal with the Premium Version. My computer does not run slow but I thought I would try the Malwarebytes suggestion for a slow PC from this link https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/81990-slow-pc-start-here/ I followed all the steps with no result for the immediate or less than 10 sec connection to the internet. As I say, for some unknown reason either every day or every 3rd day or so new malware is found, so I can only think there is some unknow to me hidden malware or whatever causes the new malware to be found. In Task Manager under Services there is Name called 392f5ca0 with a Description called CutterSystem. The Status is Stopped. I have no idea how to get rid of this. When I do a Google search on CutterSystem it seems it is Malware, yet Malwarebytes never removes it. Normaly I don't go on web sites that I don't trust & certainly have not been on any since last April 24th. so, I'm stuck. Windows 7 - Home Premium 64 Bit Normally I use Firefox currently V 38.0.1 Any help to solve the 2 issues would be appreciated. 1. Slow internet connection 2. Malware comming back every day or 3 Thank you If I have posted this in the wrong location, my apologies.
