  1. Hi, Thanks again. This is the screen I get from PayPal when I use the link in your signature. I will donate but with this msg, I'm not sure where to donate to. Cheers
  2. Hi, I just tried to donate using the radio button and it wouldn't work. If there's an alternative way to buy you that beer, let me know and I'll get them in. Cheers
  3. Hi, PFA the logs. As for how the PC is working, much better thanks. I can now access chrome again and so far it seems to be good. I'd be interested to know what you see in the logs. I'm donating song the radio button shortly. Thanks very much for your help. I am (and my daughter is) extremely appreciative. Regards AdwCleanerS0.txt Fixlog.txt
  4. OK, done and attached. Thanks for the quick replies. Regards 20150701Addition2.txt 20150701FRST2.txt
  5. Thanks. I have run the 64 bit version and now I get a pop up (attached screenshot2). As you can see it is the same as the one I attached before but concerned with Origin.exe. My children use origin.com to run their online games. Don't know if there's any significance. RegardsFRST.txtAddition.txt
  6. Hi, Firstly I apologise because I am pretty windows inept. My daughters' Toshiba laptop running windows 8 and using chrome was seriously bogged down with malware. I used MBAM free edition without properly researching all the things I could get wrong and now I cannot get her internet connected again. I also get a pop-up when trying to connect as per screenshot 1 attached. I don't get a msg on startup though. I included a farbar log but not sure if that's the correct thing. Any info on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated but if possible could you explain in full what i need to do or where to look. Thanks in advance. Lauren 20150626 farbar1.txt
