Newbie here. Just installed free version yesterday and updated the definitions immediately. Started initial threat scan and all seemed to be going fine until it got to File Scan and got stuck on C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-21.......(long number strings)...:ms-properties. Now 23 hours later it is still going and will not move on to the heuristic analysis. 210,000 objects scanned and 0 detected. I don't know whether to cancel the scan, close the program, try again or what? Can't find anything on this in the Help or Forums. Help please.
