  1. malwarebytes found nothing. I did not notice if it generated the log. I still get that same fake java notice. Oh well.
  2. here you go. Fixlog.txt JRT.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt AdwCleanerS0.txt
  3. I uninstalled the download updater and spybot and cant seem to find the FRST.exe/FRST64.exe folder
  4. The instructions to turn off spybot does not work for me for I have the 2.4 version.
  5. Here are your three logs. The Roughekiller did not give me an option to right click and run as an administrator. FRST.txt Addition.txt rk_7.tmp.txt
  6. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I can not seem to remove the virus that tries to make me do a fake java update download. I ran malwarebytes, did a scan with mcafee even tried spybot search and destroy. I uninstalled all suspicious programs. I checked my google chrome extensions, add ons in internet explorer. ... etc I have not accepted the download of course but these pop ups are driving me mad. any ideas on how i can get rid of this crap?
