Hello all. About half an hour ago, ad tabs started opening on random clicks in Chrome. I was researching for a letter; I had not downloaded anything or accessed any suspicious sites. I did some research and found absolutely nothing, so I ran several scans with Malwarebytes and Avast!, but they went through clear. Shortly after this Malwarebyes began giving me many "Malicious Website Blocked" popups (one pops up every time I access any webpage or click on any link), each and every one referencing "usg.spiessummarising.com" as seen in the attatched screenshot. Also, random clicking noises (like the ones in Windows Explorer) keep sounding off at random intervals. I would very much appreciate some help in resolving this problem. Thank you for your attention.
An addendum: The "Malicious Website Blocked" window has now stopped popping up as often and is only showing up every time I navigate to a new address or refresh a page.
