  1. Sorry. I just scanned using MBAM. I didnt find any registry keys so I think its fine so far. Thx for the help.
  2. Sorry about the little delay . Here is one of the logs that Malwarebytes detected the registry keys. scan report.txt
  3. Whenever I run MalwareBytes, it will always detect registry keys for UCBrowser. This has been happening for at least one month now. I'm a bit worried that there is virus in my computer that the MBAM could not detect.
  4. Whenever I scan my computer using MalwareBytes, it keeps detecting Registry Keys from the same program called UCBrowser, which was supposed to be removed the last time my computer got infected. This makes me believe that the program is still on my computer. Could you help me solve this? I've attached the scan log from MalwareBytes log.txt
  5. A few months ago, my computer got infected and malicious apps were downloaded into it. The problem was fixed thanks to you guys. But these few weeks, whenever I scan my computer using MalwareBytes, it keeps detecting Registry Keys from an app UCBrowser which was supposedly removed a few months ago. I've attached the scan report. And I'm not sure if this is related or not, but these few days, a black window, like the command prompt window, keeps popping up for a few seconds then closing. I always never get the chance to read what it is, but is it related? Thanks. log.txt
  6. I tried to delete the UCBrowser folder just now, didn't know why I didn't do it sooner, and I could not delete it. It said that there was a file open. Is this normal? Should I be worried?
  7. Sorry for the delay, I was a bit busy these few days. Here is the log. The UCBrowser folder is still in Program Files with a file named Security in it. But there is nothing in the Security file, even with hidden files and drives shown. So is that fine? And fyi, the UCBrowser didn't affect my browser usage but I just wanted to remove it. fyi again, when I scanned using malwarebytes, it detected an adware. I am not sure if it is relevant to this but I am attaching the log as well just in case.mbam log.txt blitzblank.log
  8. I ran it at admin but the same thing still happened.
  9. I did as you asked and booted into safe mode. Then when I had to type in my password to enter my account at the startup page, the keyboard was unresponsive and I couldn't enter my password. So I force closed my pc and tried the command prompt option. But when I entered it in, it didn't work. i've attached a screenshot.
  10. And here is the log from Sophos. Was much quicker this time. And the program file for UC Browser is still, in the Programs Files folder. And I can still access it through unconventional means. SophosVirusRemovalTool.log
  11. Sorry about that. Forgot to include the fixlog. Fixlog.txt
  12. I closed the application. Couldn't run it through the night. Is there a separate less time-consuming option? Before I closed the Removal Tool, it said there was one threat. I was also just aware that there is a program called UC Browser that was downloaded on my computer. Could you help me remove it?
