  1. Please forgive my typo's in my reply to the Malware Staff's reply to my post on MBAE + MBAM premium and Windows defender being strong enough. I have big fingers that get in the way of my typing all the time.
  2. Thank you very much for the info. I really like Malwarebytes MBAM + premium and MBAE + premium, I also think they bare vamongf the best. I didn't realize that Windows defender is a full anti-virus program now. I had another reply that says Windows defendef only offers basic protection and I would need another anti-virus program coupled with MBAE , MBAM and Windows defender. But from my experience I tend to agree with you because MBAm and MBAE has already shown me it is better than McAfee. I will give it a try.
  3. I would like to ask the forum a question. I have been using Malwarebytes Anti-malware premium & Anti-exploit premium with Windows Defender & McAfee Security Center on both my Dell desktop and my wife's Dell laptop.. At the time I had Windows 7 Home Premium. I have since upgraded to Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge. I did put the custom shields in Anti-exploit - spartan.exe - browser_broker.exe and microsoftedge.exe - microsoftedgecp.exe. I had the Windows defender scheduled to scan and update every day @ 3:00 PM and I had McAfee scheduled to do a full scan once a week on Wednesday @ 3:00 PM and quick clean to clean every Friday @ 3:00 PM. I also use CCleaner on a daily basis. I do a disc clean and defrag. every week on Sunday. I also do a full back-up on both computers every Sunday. Everything has been working great and running smooth. I wonder since my renewal is coming due on McAfee on both computer's in September, if I really need it. Do you think with running Malwarebytes both product's premium with Windows defender, if that would be enough ? I know that in the past Malwarebytes Antimalware premium has caught malware / Trojans that McAfee and Windows defender didn't catch and the same goes for Anti-exploit. I do have the Malwarebytes Anti-malware settings to self protect and on start up also. If not what would you suggest ? Thank you in advance
  4. I just got Malwarebytes Anti-malware prenium as well as Anti-exploit premium. I have seen in the posts that there is a junkware removal tool. Is this tool already integrated into Malwarebytes Anti-malware premum and works automatically or is there something I need to do ?
  5. Yesterday 8/7/2015 i added the custom shield microsoftedge.exe and microsoftedgecp.exe to anti-exploit and it was working on the internet - it stated microsoftedge is now protected. Today 8/8/2015 anti-exploit is not protecting Microsoft edge. I tried both shields stated in the forum - microsoftedge.exe and microsoftedgecp.exe and also Spartan.exe and browser_broker.exe and neither one works on my desktop or my wife's laptop and it was working on both yesterday. Please advise and Please fix
  6. How come Anti-exploit says that cmd is now protected when going on the internet browser Microsoft Edge, instead of saying Microsoft Edge and all of it's add-ons is now protected ? When I first researched this an employee of Malwarebytes stated that people should try Browser - Spartan.exe. and application file - browser.broker. This didn't work so I tried Spartan and browser.broker and then when I went on the internet using Microsoft Edge it stated that that the cmd was now protected. So I don't know if the browser Microsoft Edge is protected or not. Please Advise and Fix the problem. changelog.txt
