I've been infected with a raas encryption malware, which asks for a ransom to give me back my documents. Fortunately, I have a healthy backup of my data. I've been trying to clean my pc with no success at all. I've tried your software, AVG, Avast and Spybot. But the virus is there. When I try to reinstall my software (as the virus infect "program files" and "program files X86", as "programdata" and "users" folders) the installers crash as their files get encrypted.
