  1. Porthos thanks for the help Malwarebytes is reactivated. Thanks to yo i now know how to safely shut it off and back on.
  2. I can barely turn this computer on and off so i can't answer those questions. I have already performed the system restore but took bad advice on Google search and deactivating my account. It took me an hour to find my Malwarebytes paperwork to turn it back on.
  3. Porthos thank you for sharing this information with a senile old man. I have been trying all day long to accomplish this with no luck. It appears that my last windows update caused my computer to start locking up and system restore is the only way i can fix it.
  4. How to turn Malwarebytes temporarily off without deactivating my account? I need to do this to perform a system restore.
