Wouldn't let me drag one of the FRST files into it FRST.txt Addition.txt Addition.2.txt

There’s this temp file that the malwarebytes scab detected once out of like 5 scans and it can’t remove it. I tried to factory reset it and it still is there, pretty sure it’s from this chromium thing my sister downloaded

Okay so I scaned it with the Farbar Recovery scan tool here are the results.FRST.txtAddition.txt

I have gotten a few trojan files and hijack files when I scanned my pc with the rootkit scanning device. I successfully removed them then I scanned my pc with malwarebytes anti-malware when the popped up i just deleted them. I've scanned my pc quite a few times and nothing else has popped up. Does that mean I'm clean?
