  1. Thank you! I'm thinking what to do with my older machine...maybe kitchen duty...but it's so slow and frustrating. Plus, I like the idea of better understanding what's going on with my computer. Dude, y'all are the best!
  2. That's probably it. I've had my old MacBook for 7 or 8 years and it can't handle any newer versions of OS X. Thanks for that info; I looked for system requirements but apparently not hard enough!
  3. I managed to get malware on my new MacBook and support sent me to Malwarebytes. Fixed the problem, so I thought I would load it on my old MacBook. On the install screen, Malwarebytes has a circle with a line through it, and it won't go "into" the Applications folder. Could this be because I have an older operating system (10.6.8)? Or is there something else I need to do? Thanks!
