Hi - every time I open a browser (chrome or firefox) I'm taken to esurf.biz I'm running Windows 10 and I've run AdWare, Malwarebytes, Hitman Pro, Eset online scanner, msert.exe and Microsoft Defender. None of them have managed to remove it. However, after running all these, esurf.biz no longer seems to re-direct to Terraclicks.com as it did when esurf.biz first arrived. touch wood. having read your comments to other users, I attach the 2 FRST files you requested they attach. Hi, I'm having the exact same problem. I thought it was just irritating that it was redirecting to that site, but now my browser keeps hanging too. I've attached FRST files as you requested with previous users. should I start a separate thread ? Addition.txt FRST.txt
