  1. My issue got resolved. MB sent me an email and we had a back and forth. Probably just gonna have to wait for them to respond. You'll have to have your iD and kEY handy and maybe take a screenshot/or picture of the actual key. Newegg was the place where I purchased mine. They don't sell those keys anymore, but still have the pages up where they did. I bought a lifetime key from Amazon (for my mom) and I'm hoping that one doesn't flub as well.
  2. I purchased a Malwarebytes Pro lifetime license from Newegg.com two years ago. I contact MB tech support, because it is saying my license has expired. Apparently, in the database, my license is marked as an annual license. It's one thing to change your policies so you don't have to support lifetime licenses anymore, but outright yanking the license out from under people and blaming it on Newegg is just lazy.
