  1. I didn't receive any email from support; I keep checking my Inbox and my spam folder on 3 different email accounts that I have. Anyway, This was not Cleverbridge order; I bought the Malwarebytes CD with a Lifetime License from Newegg.com; I still have the CD with the stickers with the ID and Key numbers on it. Also I might be able to check my account on Newegg.com to pull the receipt. How do I send this info to them? I don't want to post my license number here. Thanks
  2. Hello, I have a Life Time License that I bought few years back; my pc crash and I had to re-install Windows. Now, after I install Malwarebytes I'm not able to activate my license; I keep getting an error message. Please see attached pic for the error. Please help, I need to get this resolved. Thanks

  4. Well like I said before.... it's back "Real Time Protection" is not enable anymore. I'm sorry but I cannot uninstall and install again every month... Need a real solution
  5. I did run the first option MBAM Clean Removal Process 2X and reinstall the MBAM. Looks ok now; let's see for how long, because it's not the first time I have to do this. Thanks
  6. Hello, I have the Malwarebytes 2.1 Premium; and my issue is that the Real Time Protection is always off. On my Dashboard shows "Your system is not fully protected" and there's a red button to Fix Now. However when I click it nothing happens, the message still there; also when I manually change the settings to enable the real time protection, the Malwarebytes does not save my changes. Anyone has seen this? Thanks
