Desktop Items highlighting themselvrs

Hi all, I am new so sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place. Basically after coming back from work I noticed 9 of my desktop items had highlighted themselves. No one else was home so I presume this is some sort of rat? I have ran boot scans, safe mode scans, anti root kit scans and malware byte full scans but nothing shows up thanks Jake
