  1. Is this tool a complete uninstall utility (removes mb3), or does it just clean-up the "debris" (after an uninstall)?
  2. Because 1) I don't want to install any unnecessary programs on this computer and, with all due respect, 2) I don't feel that I should have to, in order to fix your software.
  3. Here is a typical scan log (I have several) and my mbamservicelog, as requested (I don't wish to install the Farbar tool, so you'll have to do without that) scan cancel..txt MBAMSERVICE.zip
  4. My newest problem with MB3.05 Premium is that it's unable to complete any scan, "hyper" or "threat". I select "scan", and the scan window opens and closes in about a second, with the resulting report indicating that the scan was "cancelled". All realtime protections are enabled, and everything else is enabled per default. I'm on win7 64. Extremely frustrated, I've yet to see this software do anything close to wait it claims it's supposed to do. EDIT - also doesn't work on "custom"
  5. Is this .net update included in the most recent Windows update? Because, if so, I already have it.
  6. Title says it all. Apart from the issue, documented elsewhere, with tray notifications not indicating what's actually on or off in M3, I'm having a problem with both turning on & off the Exploit & Malware protection modules in M3 via the main GUI. With the Exploit module, the button slider will move the "on" position, and the text beneath will read "starting...." (forever). Once on, however, the sliding button does not respond to any input. In other words, I can't turn it off. With the Malware module, the button will slide to the right - but the service seems to stick on "starting...." as it does with the exploit service. I've previously used paid versions of both Mbam and Mbae without issue. (I'm on w7 64 sp1). Thx!
  7. Considering how much recent malware aggro happens on mobile browsers (i.e., android/chrome), this would be a god send.

Hi - I'm trying to update my anti-exploit subscription, but the update page which is linked in my email subscription renewal reminder doesn't seem to work; if I try to use use the Paypal option, and press "next"...nothing happens and I'm just brought to some "thank you" screen. If I try to use the credit card option, I enter my details, and press "next"...nothing happens, and I'm brought to the same "thank you". I haven't back from support whom I wrote to yesterday. I would like to get this cleared up - as my subscription ends tomorrow (Nov.4). Would it just be easier to buy a new license? Do I then have to uninstall and reinstall AE all over again? Thx for your help.
