Dear Malware Removal Team, No-bot found 1 threat on my PC. It's in my appdata folder and named msregsvv.dll, No-bot says it's a sus file. Please help me out. Thanks in advance!

Dear Malwarebytes Team, I got infected. My PC showing up some ads for no reason. I have AdblockPlus installed also have an active AV. When I'm clicking on some links or try to login my accounts browser is redirects me to some ad sites. Windows Defender found nothing Malwarebytes also found nothing. Thanks for your help!
