  1. No additional problems, but you recommended a fresh install of windows.
  2. It was an upgrade, that's why I was wondering if the reset option would be a good thing to. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows-10/windows-10-recovery-options
  3. Just an hour ago, I was wondering if I should do a reset in case.
  4. One more question, I upgraded to a Windows 10. I was wondering if using the " Reset this PC" option in Windows 10 would remove any malware possibly remaining.
  5. I believe that everything is fine now, is there any harm in removing the "how_recover+pij" .htm/txt files that the ranssomeware left behind, it's in every folder on the computer. Also, do you recommend reinstalling programs as the ransomware may have encryped some files under Program Files.
