  1. In my case it was reported that svchost.exe triggered the action. Since there will be multiple instances of svchost on a Windows machine, where multiple services are tied to any one svchost instances, it would be helpful if more information is provided in such cases. At least provide the PID, but better yet provide the service or DLL that triggered it.
  2. Resolved in what way? Where this was a legitimate threat but MS corrected the issue or This was a false report and MB fixed the detection algorithm? or something else?
  3. Seems to be working now for me too. Now if I can only get Windows 10 start menu and Edge to consistently work even after I hibernate, but that's another issue for another vendor's forum.
  4. I too am having issues with AntiExploit causing Edge, IE, and CMD from running in Windows 10. I suspect it even eventually causes the start menu to stop working. This seems to have started this week so it may be related to a recent Windows update. I have tried the route to uninstall MAE, remove its folder from ProgramData, reinstall to no avail. I have even tried build 1185, same problem. In case this is a factor since I see MAE seems to conflict with other security apps, I am running latest version of Avast Free. There's enough problems with Windows 10 itself coming up with problems, particularly Start Menu itself and Appx apps not working that we can't have third party security applications complicating the matter.
