  1. Hello, I am having the same issue, for any report type for any start and end date, on the report page, there is the message Unable to access the report information. Also confirmed that the enhanced security for IE is disabled. Could this be a connection issue with the sql database server? I am just looking for guidance on where to start troubleshooting. Thank you,
  2. Anyone? I just need an answer to if we can sync off of the Computers OU instead of the entire AD, that way I can go to the corporate IT team with instructions on how to fix this. Thank you in advance!
  3. Thank you for the response Ron, As a follow up question, is there a way to sync with AD from only one OU and under? We would like to get rid of all the servers that show up and only have computers syncing with the management console since a large number of the unregistered devices are servers. So basically can we run the sync off of the Computers OU instead of the entire AD? Thank you
  4. Hello, We are experiencing a problem where we have to deal with a very large number of unregistered clients, the current count is 406, it was at 383 last week. Most of these are servers and a large number are old laptops that are no longer in use. It has been passed the 30 days we have set for cleanup of old devices and could be an issue with AD but I do not have the ability to access that. Is there any kind of manual way built into the management console to allow for removal of these devices? Thank you in advance for any help
