  1. Has this changed in the past (almost) three years? Thanks, Michael
  2. Thank you for that account. I will keep an eye out on my testing to see if I get similar results. If I do, I will let you know here. Thanks, Michael
  3. Was there any kind of an error posted somewhere in MBARW? Could you please let em know the process that alerted you to this problem as I might run into it if I ever deploy this to clients. Thanks, Michael
  4. I use Managed Antivirus from MaxFocus, which is a re-packaging of VIPRE (and BitDefender). I have had some false positives from BD, I suspect based on someone else's VIPRE experience that FPs will occur there too. Is there a plan for having a centralized exclusion list? Barring that, is there a plan for importing / exporting exclusion lists? The other one thing to think about while developing for RMM solutions is the ability to drop event log entries for the RMM to key on: <RMM Code> With EventLog = Application If EventID= 1000 and SOURCE="MBARW" and EventType=ERROR Then Flag the machine as in an error state and needs attention. </RMM Code> You get the idea. You could go further and work with the various RMMs to have a specific check defined for the MBARW, create a deployment for them and use it as an extra sales funnel for the MSP market. Thanks, Michael
