  1. Hi Edgardo, I'm not sure if this will help you... however when Mine showed disabled and I could not start Protection... ...I had to manually stop and start the service again. After this I restarted the application from my start menu. Start> Run> Services.msc ->I believe it was MB3Service (open the properties and verify the service is located in the malware bytes directory) Once the service had started I simply opened Malwarebytes Anti-ransomware and clicked Start Protection.
