  1. I tried with both 8.0.1 and 8.0.2 and in both cases, it seems that the programs I was testing it removing are successfully being deleted, but they are still being listed in Programs and Features. I am wondering if this is because JRT doesn't have the ability to remove those registry keys or just is not able to find them? Is it possible it will only do this with select programs? I only ask because we have other tools that scan for bad programs in the programs and features list (for reporting) and because they are still listed, I get false positives even though the program is already gone. I can of course manually remove them from programs and features, but if I have to do this with every program it finds on every computer, it gets tedious pretty quickly and somewhat defeats the purpose of the tool's ability to quickly remove a lot of junk (in my situation at least). Any suggestions?
