Have no thumbnails; mbam shows as moved or missing

I take it you trust this Patch My PC updater so I will run it. Thanks for the links on OneDrive. I haven't gotten into them yet but looks like they could be helpful to me. -

Yes, I did get mbam reinstalled and did a scan. Everything seems to be ok so far. But I have to apologize to you. Guess I've been too distracted because I forgot to select to gather the logs. I am sorry about being so sloppy. -

Well, how do I get my mbam to working again? It was on my computer and working and now I can't find it; I looked in the Program Files folders in my C drive and it isn't there. Do I reinstall? Should there be some kind of mbam uninistall or clean up done first? Oops! Sorry, I didn't read far enough. I am now working on your instructions for cleaning up mbam. -

I hope I haven't messed anything up. I haven't run any scans, played games, installed or uninstalled anything. But I have been monkeying around with my thumbnails and OneDrive, and I shut OneDrive down. Icons are still kind of messed up and I think it's due to OD. Fixlog.txt -

Just reporting that when I first checked this morrning I still had no thumbnails. I was messing around just trying to change the icon on some folders and all of a sudden all my thumbnails came back. I still have the problem with mbam. I no longer use SuperAntiSpyware or Win Patrol. -

I have Microsoft Edge disabled by renaming the file. I don't do any risky web surfing. That is the truth. Emsisoft is scheduled to run scans automatically. but I have turned that feature off for now. I don't know what Discord is but I don't have it. mbst-grab-results.zip -
I haven't been on the forum for a long time. To my surprise, I was going to change a folder icon and discovered that all my thumbnails have gone missing. The icon for mbam is also missing and according to the window I got, has either been moved or is missing. I hope someone can help me out. I have Windows 10 on my Dell desktop.

I don't even know what Windows Filtering Platform is.

I'm confused. In the first set, you list Malware Exclusions and then the very same items under Ransonware Exclusions. Then, are you telling me to add those folders, or find exe files for each of them and add ... or both? Where/how do I view a complete listing of any files or folders that have been allowed or excluded in MBAM?

Here are the logs you asked for. mbst-grab-results.zip

That doesn't seem to be something that's workable. It's not like it's a continuous thing. I would have to leave web protection off for quite some time in order to have any assurance that is the problem. Isn't there any other way of checking this out? I thought perhaps that folder I was asked to attach would tell something about what's causing this.

I have been getting a BSOD on a regular basis ever since Dell remotely worked on my machine to fix their Dell Support Assist app. I went to the Windows 10 forum and they had me run a tool, after which they said this: The 6/26 dump shows a problem with mwac.sys which belongs to malwarebytes MBAMWebProtection. If you would like to check out that post this is the link for it: https://www.tenforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/159460-system-service-exception.html#post1951916 I had a lot of trouble with both my Malwarebytes and Emsisoft programs after Dell techs accessed my machine. I thought I finally had everything worked out and both programs seem to be working now, but I've got this BSOD that keeps popping up, and I am also having a continuous WiFi connection problem that also started about the same time as the rest of this. OK, thanks. I did this. However, should I be getting this no access warnings in services? I should be able to start and stop the program, restart, etc. But I can't do anythng.
