Malware Fan

MalwareBytes Crew... your software rocks. After completing a scan while in Safe Mode, and being required to reboot in order to remove said infections - does it matter whether this reboot occurs in Safe or Normal mode? In other words... are the commands/scripts that MalwareBytes creates to remove infections after restart actually respected when booting directly into Safe Mode? Thanks so much for considoring my inquiry!
