I've used Malware Bytes very successfully in the past and I am able to complete a scan and detect 18 items, including task manager hijack, registry change, etc. When the scan is complete and I click on remove all, the computer instantly freezes and I have to manually shut down. I have tried removing each item individually as well with the same result. If I click anywhere within the scan results pop-up, the computer freezes. I am unable to open Internet Explorer on the computer and am posting this from my laptop. Any suggestions on how I can get the computer to stop freezing and get these things gone? Thanks!!!!
