  4. Maybe the CMOS is corrupted for some reason. ACTION 1 You can try to change the (round) battery on the motherboard with a new one. ACTION 2 You can try to disconnect the hard drive from power and motherboard and then switch on pc to enter BIOS. You should be able to do this without a hard disk drive. Are there any beeps or warnings when you turn on your PC?
  5. WOT is not based only on user ratings. There are flags from malwareURL.com and hpHosts, too. That's why it is very effective when rating as red truly malicious websites, even though there are some aggresive ratings from users. On the other hand, a service like Finjan may be more accurate at the expense of speed, due to the real-time scaning. There are always advantages and disadvantages.
  6. Winpatrol recommended above could be useful in your case. Since you are using firefox, I recommend WOT extension which offers website rating (it is free) http://www.mywot.com/

  13. I 've just seen your last post. Don't worry about the manual and the application (you can download them from manufacturer's site). The three i folders are strange, though.
  14. OK, i guess the folders look empty. From windows explorer, select tools-> folder options -> view ->and select show hidden files and folders and uncheck hide operating system files (or something like that). See inside your flash drive if there are visible files and report here their names. Then you can change folder options back to the previous settings.
