  2. Hello, I lost the product key to activate MS Office 2010 on my new Windows 10 computer. I have MS Office 2010 installed on my Windows 8 laptop. Is it safe to use NirSoft's ProduKey on the laptop to retrieve the product key or is there another safe way to retrieve it? Thanks for you help in advance.

  4. I decided not to update NVADIA GE FORCE driver. I installed Dell's System Detect and there wasn't any drivers to update. Again thanks so much for inquiring and your help, really appreciate it.

  13. Hello, Computer is infected. Able to run Malwarebytes Chameleon and nothing was found. Message is replaying over and over. Tried manual shut down and the same message keeps playing. Pop up: Message from webpage.   14. Hello daledoc, Thank you for advice. I went to dell.com to check on the drivers & downloads. What do you think of Dell's System Detect? Not sure if I should agree to it or just download the updates/drivers myself.
