Yes. I have four PCs, three of which connect through ethernet cables and 1 connects wirelessly. I also have an Xbox 360 and a ps3, both of which connect wirelessly. While i was at school my dad managed to get the wired connections back up and running, but the wireless is still down. And step 3, i did download the programme and ran it but when i went to update it was not in the list.

I must have done something wrong, as i have lost internet connection to all computers in the house. I am commenting from a computer at school, and thats why it took so long to reply.

Should i remove the cable from the computer or the modem, or doesnt it matter?

Will this reset all of the modem settings, passwords and such?

Thanks for the quick reply, and sorry for my delay. I have followed the first instructions to un and re install it, and it has not made a difference. Moving onto step 1 of the next set of instructions, when i attempt to access that page, chrome tells me that it does not exist. Do i have to be using IE, or have i got a more serious problem? Also, should i continue with the other steps?

Hi there. I have had a problem in which i have been unable to update MWB definitions automatically, i get this error: MBAM_ERROR_UPDATING (12007, 0, Winhttpsendrequest) And get told to report it to the support team. I have used another computer with it installed to update my database to the definitions from the 29/09/10, but obviously i need it to auto update. I was having this problem, along with a very persistent virus, which eventually led me to reformatting. I was seriously hoping that this error would have gone, but alas it has not. I have excluded all the MWB program files from all my security services and firewalls, but this hasn't made any difference. What should i do?
